These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and bed9 (hereinafter "bed9", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bed9.io.

bed9 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts that fail verification checks may be suspended and any outstanding balances held pending satisfactory verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the bed9 platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bed9 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. bed9 will never contact you to request your password and you should treat any such request as fraudulent.

bed9 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where bed9 suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where bed9 determines that opening or maintaining the account would expose bed9 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

All financial transactions on the bed9 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bed9 accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard issued by Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other recognised financial institutions.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your bed9 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bed9 does not charge any fee for deposits, however your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 15 minutes during normal operational hours. bed9 reserves the right to extend this timeframe during periods of high volume, technical maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, any deposited funds must have been wagered at least once on eligible betting or gaming products. Funds that have not been wagered may be subject to a processing fee of up to 10% to cover payment provider costs.

• Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the bed9 account.

General Betting Rules:

• A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference number from bed9. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical failure are void.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage.

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

In all cases where bed9's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, bed9's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your bed9 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
